Ordered this skirt in mid January , received shorts instead. Called the nearest Huffer store, was told I can’t bring it as it was ordered online.
I tried to contact customer service multiple times during business hours but no luck, also tried emailing them. Finally managed to get hold of them after a week, was asked to provide pics, then was told the item was incorrectly labelled and they will sort it out. Haven’t heard back for another week, called again. Was told they don’t have it in the warehouse and they will get one from a store to the warehouse then post it to us, Two weeks later and still waiting for the order. So disappointed with your service will not order again

(Unsure why this wasn't actioned prior) You should have received correspondence from our warehouse team. Please let us know if there are any issues or questions you may have.
