Please refer to our Care Instruction Guides below for our Classic, Block and Superdown Jackets
Superdown
This jacket is going to keep you Super toasty, unlike any other jacket you have worn before. You’ll be wearing it a lot and while those other things are important, we know you’ll want it to stay looking good too. Here is what you need to know.
SUPERDOWN CARE GUIDE
Outer
Chances are, you’ll get your jacket a little dirty.
If this happens just wipe down the outside with a damp cloth and it will be good as new. For something a little tougher like oil or fat, we recommend a small amount of dish washing liquid to break down the spot and wearing a cooking apron next time. We highly recommend doing a test spot before using any products or detergent on the jacket outer.
SUPERDOWN
Internal lining
Wear that base layer!
A wise care guide once told me - “wear a base layer” that way you can avoid cleaning your lining. Or even better, make it a merino, that will help to absorb body odour and keep you extra toasty. If you do need to clean it, use a more watered down laundry liquid or powder dissolved and wipe the area.
SUPERDOWN CARE GUIDE
Cuff love
Don't let this one be forgotten.
We know cuffs tend to get grubby. To clean the fabric mix laundry detergent dissolved into water, scrub with a hard brush or your flatties toothbrush and rinse by dipping into water.

Wear & tear
I may be a Superdown but I'm not Superman
My waterproof outer may be impenetrable by water but it is not indestructible. Avoid sharp objects on your off-piste adventuring and rubbing.
Classic & Blockdown
Your new jacket or vest looks great and you’ll probably want to keep it that way.
If you are making the most of it then it may get dirty over time, so when it needs a wash we recommend a cold machine wash ONLY on a delicate cycle, using mild detergent.
Inspired by the streets, for the streets with our classic peach skin outer. Not only does it feel amazing but it is also durable and water-resistant with a DWR coating.
CLASSIC & BLOCK DOWN CARE GUIDE
Dry & Fly
No drip-drying you must only dry with the dryer.
Kick back and let the machine do the work and even double down for best results.
PRO TIP: To ensure it puffs back out throw in a clean and pre-washed tennis ball. The tennis ball will fluff up the Down fill.
CLASSIC & BLOCK DOWN CARE GUIDE
Stray Feathers
This is normal.
You might find that you notice feathers poking through the exterior of the jacket early on - this is normal. These feathers are sitting on the outside of the chambers through the filling process and will work their way out. Once those rogue feathers have made their way out, this will stop.

Re Spray
Handy tips for water repellence coating.
The DWR (durable water repellence) coating we mentioned earlier may break down over time especially if you are using your jacket or vest a lot, which you probably will be. Don’t stress, you can re-coat your jacket with a water repellent spray and you’ll be ready to roll.
